Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, coordination, and breakdown.

• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional guest assistance.

• Support event operations to ensure activities run efficiently and according to schedule.

• Coordinate with team members to maintain an organized and positive event environment.

• Provide guests with event information, directions, and general assistance.

• Help manage registration, check-in procedures, and attendee flow.

• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism.

• Maintain event spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and an inviting atmosphere.

• Collaborate with event coordinators to deliver high-quality experiences.

• Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
