Position Title: CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF

Pay Grade: 16

Reports To: DIVISION CEC

Salary: 115 - 120K

Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS POTENTIAL

Job Summary

CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF – VIRGINIA

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + bonus potential

Travel: Approximately 85%

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Corporate Executive Chef to support multiple hospital foodservice operations. This regional leadership role will focus on developing culinary teams, improving food quality, and maintaining consistent standards across all locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support culinary operations across multiple accounts

• Improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction

• Train and develop Executive Chefs and culinary teams

• Implement new menus, products, and programs

• Ensure compliance with purchasing, sanitation, production, and food-cost standards

• Partner with regional and account leadership

• Support budgets and financial performance

• Conduct site visits and complete required reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five years of culinary leadership experience

• Two years of multi-unit management experience

• Healthcare foodservice experience strongly preferred

• P&L and budget-management experience

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

• CEC certification preferred

• ServSafe certification required

• Strong communication and team-development skills

• Ability to travel approximately 85%
