You will develop HVAC and electrical power/lighting designs, create layouts and schematics in AutoCAD and Revit, and produce specifications and design documentation aligned to project needs. Your work will bring multiple disciplines together—partnering with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into building designs and resolve interface/clash items. You will also support on-site activities such as reviewing shop drawings and RFIs, performing site visits, and supporting testing and commissioning—helping ensure systems are installed as intended and operate safely and effectively.
