What You'll Do

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Lead and develop a team of buyers and planners

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Negotiate contracts and lead sourcing strategy

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Support new product launches and supplier readiness

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Improve inventory performance and operational efficiency

What You Bring

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> 10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> 5+ years of leadership experience

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Experience with ERP/MRP systems

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or JIT principles

• p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0"> Strong business acumen and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

Education
