Floors & Kitchens Today is growing and we are looking to add a dynamic sales professional with a passion for interior design for our showroom in Seekonk, Massachusetts. In this role, you will grow existing accounts and develop new business relationships that result in increased sales. You will be responsible to meet with customers in store and on the jobsite, assessing their needs and design aspirations and providing solutions to achieve those goals.

We offer a variety of quality cabinet lines for every budget along with a wide range of complementary products including countertops, tile, and all types of flooring. We also can provide full installation/remodeling services. Qualified candidates will have experience designing and selling in the kitchen and bath industry with a history of exceeding customer expectations as well as sales goals. Compensation for this role is base, plus commission. Our showroom is open Monday through Saturday with normal operating hours. Schedule will include Saturdays, but we are closed nights and every Sunday.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of kitchen cabinet design, product offerings and industry trends required
Proficient and able to create compelling designs within 20/20 or ProKitchen software
Knowledge of trends & materials, color, finishes
Clear, professional communication skills both verbal and written
High level of organization and project management abilities
Team player who can also motivate and teach
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with customers as a kitchen designer
3+ years of relationship based sales experience
Proven achievement in meeting sales goals and team goals
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer homes and job sites for measurements and consultations.
Responsibilities:
Working with the showroom team to provide service to customers both walk-ins as well as scheduled design appointments
Designing, estimating, and measuring each project with accuracy and speed
Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and margin goals
Developing relationships with clients with a focus on generating future referral business
